Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate

Also known as Sodium Hydrogen Sulphite is a chemical compound, which is
prepared by bubbling sulphur dioxide in a solution of sodium carbonate. It is
used for water treatment to remove excess Chlorine in drinking water and for
removing metal from industrial wastewater. Also widely used in wine to
prevent oxidation and preserve flavour.
